Download the file and place it into /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-Key-Tuleap-Community on the Tuleap server:
$> wget 'https://tuleap.net/file/download.php/101/148/p1_r138/RPM-GPG-Key-Tuleap-Community' -O /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-Key-Tuleap-Community


Import the key in RPM database:
$> rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-Key-Tuleap-Community
