Drop resource isolation bypass

Since we cannot sandbox the ONLYOFFICE isolation the bypass mecanism is not needed since we will load the resource from the same origin. No functional changes. Part of story #27555: display Office documents stored in the Document plugin Change-Id: I680be2363869c77c4626471340b16939a51109ab
