request #8680 Notifications sent to external emails should come from 'noreply'
When a token based reply by mail is activated, if we notif a mail that not belongs to a user, the header reply-to will be filled with the noreply email adress defined in local.inc Change-Id: Iedcfbed6131328c3999a6a236c265bff8a8df5a8
