Add internationalization information in the serialized sidebar configuration

The values can be seen in the serialized configuration returned by the REST endpoint `GET /projects/:id/3rd_party_integration_data`. The returned config is expected to match what is expected by the Project Sidebar component (see src/scripts/lib/project-sidebar-internal/src/configuration.ts).
