request #20139 Timezone not saved at first connexion when using LDAP
There is no need to check twice if user attributes were changed updateDb already does it. setUnixStatus('A') was also removed because it's a thing from the past and unix account should not be activated automatically. Change-Id: If6274cecaff1b91f58393ed691414a497e0e74d8
