request #10841: Do not retrieve not needed information about cross reference for tracker report renderers

Currently Tuleap ask the database some data that are never used. Retrieving these unnecessary data leads to SQL performance issue so Tuleap should avoind doing that. Change-Id: Ic92403d6f0923ff0a1bd68f0ae48afd136848f00
