request #17969: End to End tests use CentOS 7
The Tuleap instance is now running in a CentOS 7 based Docker image. This change is needed because the end of life of CentOS 6 is close. Change-Id: Ib1c8f81db827ba6ecafd630e2158d5979f1da22c
