fix: viewvc diff view is broken

Fixes request #38690 viewvc diff view is broken Lots of things have changed regarding template data. The strategy to get it back working is to copy/paste the default viewvc template and put back the Tuleap styles inside it. How to test: - Go to the diff view of a file --> It is displayed --> You can switch between diff modes Change-Id: I6196afdf44db9dca0de558b9baca45a5d8a128d4
