Workaround for request #29643: PHP segfault when running dev tools
We are using the latest version of nixpkgs that did not include the issue. Two other ways have been considered: * rebuilding PHP with PCRE that does not have the option enabled * setting pcre.jit to 0 The first one, while doable, is a bit resource intensive and second one impact performances sensibly so rolling back temporarily to the latest known working version seems fine.
