MediaWiki standalone instance uses the same session settings than Tuleap

We load the same config than the main Tuleap PHP FPM pools. There is basically no risk of conflicts of the session IDs since they are generated by pulling 32 bytes out of /dev/urandom. To test, you must restart the `mediawiki-tuleap-php-fpm` service. MediaWiki should still work. Part of story #26042: install mediawiki standalone Change-Id: If0d8367f23c3a2a81d1f2dbaccc16e94265ba63c
