fix: Remove e2e tests on switch to old ui

Since e0d14144c722d830a64d213df80cb88811d62133, the switch to old ui is hidden behind a feature flag. Based on the current situation: * Switch to old UI is kept as a fallback and is not anymore the nominal use case * The feature flag is set at project level (platform administrator needs to list allowed projects) and project are dynamically created during e2e tests => keeping those e2e tests seems overrated.
