Issue is present since git #tuleap/stable/632bbf25dfdb8f6ef3c5ac133b7f4023e8ff68ab. Tracker::getId() now returns a int instead of a string which breaks the strict equality. CI pipeline is modified a bit to not run it on top of Tuleap's master. This plugin on top of Tuleap's master is affected by another unrelated issue.
