request #8605: Artifacts changeset notification come from forge__artifacts@<forge email domain>
We can now use MailEnhancer to set From header. Also, when a Reply-To header is present, the From header will also be set to this value. When From and Reply-To headers are present, both are used to create the mail. Change-Id: Iefba2b62f699b3350f3125f751f1533407b3d12b
