This feature flag has been introduce since 7 months, and nobody complains about this change of behaviour. It's time to drop the feature flag. How to test ---------- * Go to an artifact with some direct and reverse links => Both direct and reverse links are displayed. Change-Id: I54ef65fe3ddd855f64c29ca34dea5f8218d84c87
