Fix: do not display excerpt if title match

Same as "Content matches:" => if xref or title matches the query, then we don't need to display the cropped content. It avoids to clutter the search resultts. Part of story #28835: have a full-text search backend based on Meilisearch Change-Id: Icdb45927352f0b5c4625437f771e6386fd2a007c
