This is part of request #10339: A11y: user avatar img should have an alternate text There are other usage of avatar without alternate text but it will be fixed in dedicated commits in order to decrease the size of the review. Change-Id: I5b6f8185211f79496f05a97c4db3a37fb8fd41c2
