feat: Remove usage of config-set for OO server settings

Since a Tuleap instance may targets many OO document servers, the current config keys onlyoffice_document_server_url and onlyoffice_document_server_secret are not anymore relevant. Site administrator will have to use the web UI to configure document server settings from now.
