Part of story #13003 : import/export TTM steps in XML Remove the permissions on external field component. In order to not break master, the permissions on external field are changed to optional. They will be removed after the core patch. Change-Id: I14748aafb845fd6d193f1b1a50ed8a95b5e252cc
