feat: TLP h2 are now dark-color

Part of story #26799 associate a Tuleap project and a GitLab group How to test: - Go to Git Administration > GitLab Group Link - Assuming your project is not already linked, click on the empty state. You should see a wizard to configure the group link. - h2 titles in the wizard should be a dark color (instead of main-color) Other h2 titles should be dark-color (unless their color was already overridden, which is the case almost everywhere).
