request #21777: Max size limit of a binary file can be bypassed without any administrators approval
Site administrators decisions should not be overridable by users. Currently it is possible to bypass the check by adding in the commit message: "<binary_file_name> signed-off by: <commit_author_email>". To test, do not forget to redeploy the VREF into /usr/share/gitolite3/VREF/. Change-Id: I31f8ae84b1092d3ecf8f3a65f36565ef27e6dc16
