Rename changeset comments and text fields body format from markdown to commonmark

While it should not have been encountered on production instances it is possible that on some dev/test instances a few comments still have the body format 'markdown' instead of 'commonmark'. Part of story #18336: add support of markdown Change-Id: I2567847fc2475d802e42e5779b0778906641c1d3
