fix: remove editor border

In order to clean the document the editor now does not have any border. However when the editor has the focus, then there is the same visual indication than for a tlp form element. Part of story #38627: Choice of a new Rich Text Editor Change-Id: I45d0c4d19a6b5bbcf7d790ae1b7497f59b8dd538
