Part of story #9297: Have a new site admin homepage * Remove link to deleted/incomplete projects (we can search them in all projects list) * Remove link to tv3 configuration. tv3 are obsolete, if legacy users still want to administrate them, they will have to do "Predefined trackers template » trackers v3" * Rename Pending trackers removal (this page list both tv3 and tv5) no need to mention tv3 in the sidebar entry. * Group "predefined …" links together.
