The parsing of Tracker_REST_FormElementRepresentation breaks the generation the OpenAPI specification file
Due to an issue in the parsing of union annotations, Restler breaks and generates a PHP warning when you access the API Explorer for the first time. This contribution works around the issue. You can reproduce by clearing Tuleap cache and then accessing to the API Explorer. Issue has been introduced by a31b5abfef4d08a957eed302d9e8d6fc472ae14a.
