How to reproduce In project 100 be sure that MW service is enabled and available. Create a new project from agile_alm template: => it will takes some time to be created => in project admin enalbe MW => it will be done instantanly With this patch => new agile_alm creation is faster => in project admin, when you enable mediawiki, it will takes some time Change-Id: I55f6a42087ef340d9eedb6e34fcb1de7388ce505
