fixes request #39013 Task bar is completed when computed field has no value in Roadmap Widget
This fix align the behavior of the computed field with the numberic field How to test: - Have 2 computed fields in the Progress semantic. - Go to the roadmap widget => An error is now displayed, if you look at the tooltip, it will be the same as you will have in the case of numeric value.
