feat: accurate shortcut for Backlog service

Agile Dashboard had a shortcut `g+a` We suggest to replace it by `g+b` so that it better matches the new name "Backlog". We can take the opportunity to add `g+k` for the Kanban. Closes request #34348: Add shortcut for backlog & kanban Change-Id: Ib215785513a312cbd8f31095a0432a7d29751b2b
