Tuleap "web" dev container can access ONLYOFFICE web interface

This is necessary to make possible to test the whole edit flow with ONLYOFFICE. To test restart your dev stack. With `curl` inside the `web` container you should be able to access `https://tuleap-web.tuleap-aio-dev.docker/onlyoffice-doc-server/` and `https://tuleap-web.tuleap-aio-dev.docker/` without any certificate validation issue.
