story #17992: trigger jenkins git notification without sha1
To work around the fact Jenkins doesn't poll the repositories when sha1 is given. See https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-25048 for details. At git repository level, for jenkins webhook, there is an option that can be checked to omit the sha1: * By default sha1 is added * Once checked, next trigger will be done without it This setting can only be configured at git repository level. Not at project level. If repository is using a jenkins server that is already defined at project level, then only one notification (per protocol) will be sent.
