A mechanism as been put in place for invitations to purge them once they are considered obsolete[0]. We warn people by email[1] that those invitations they sent have been removed. The issue is that at next Tuleap upgrade, there might be a lot of obsolete invitations since the feature has been delivered more than two years ago. In order to not spam people, this forgeupgrade bucket will purge existing obsolete invitations. We use the default 30 days value to detect if an invitation is considered obsolete.
