Remove non existing test from the list of test compatible with PHP 7

The commit 778515213eed2736b70c5773a898ef5d6a5e2660 has replaced the test file plugins/hudson/tests/HudsonJobTest.php but in the meantime the same test file has been marked has compatible by commit cdcc13614dbfabacb81ef414cef8b590330d2e37. Since the test file does not exist when you merge these two branches, the simpletest test suite running under PHP 7 does not work anymore.
