Run packages JS unit tests task sequentially

Both Jest and Vitest run the tests of each packages in parallel, trying to also run multiple package tasks at the same time is counter-productive. The test runners will try to grab the same resources (CPU/memory) and might end up taking more time than necessary or crashing.
