Tracker_RuleFactory unit tests break because of the case sensitivity of the autoloader

The autoloader generated by Composer is case sensitive which these tests to fail. The issue has been introduced by commit 48fecd201d535035558cc2e652ce6a59d53e5ee2. This is part of request #11482: Use an autoloader generated with Composer for the tracker plugin Change-Id: I456d53f1149dd05675f4e5d5c7d50372f7584c01
