Part of story #10413 manage breadcrumb in burning parrot instead of gitphp How to test: - In Git pages, there is no longer a toolbar (the Help link is gone and not migrated). - Instead, there is now a smart breadcrumb with links to Git repositories, Git Service administration (when Git admin) and Fork repositories pages.
