request #13986 Anonymous user have "add to dashboard" button in kanban When an user (included anonymous users) does not have any personnal dashboard, the button "add to dashboard" should not be displayed In the case of a project admin, the button is not displayed if there are neither personnal dashboard nor project dashboard.
