request #14904 Upgrade jest to v26.0.1
The upgrade bumped jsdom to v16 by default, we can remove our configuration. No functional change whatsoever, this can only affect unit tests. - npm test should succeed. Change-Id: I3cd4b9f335ff7492e5069092afc910f1c6eebec7
