It also displays again the Tuleap logo in collapsed sidebar in BurningParrot How to test: - Banner button should have a title explaining the icon (better accessibility) - Banner button is aligned with other sidebar icons in collapsed mode - in Burning Parrot (trackers list page for example), the Banner button has an accompanying label in expanded mode Change-Id: I37c68ad049117119942a381aa6c34be4ed950332
