request #12573 Session should be closed as soon as possible for CSV export

When exporting CSV data from the Cross-tracker widget, the user should not be prevented to see other pages while waiting. The session lock should be given back as soon as possible. Change-Id: Id6599b46eba7987e1a5a2224f7c3ee6392125c60
