Tracker report can be very slow when their is lot of artifacts with files and file field is in report columns. Tested with 600+ artifacts with files : - before patch : total time 11.1s and 16429 queries - after patch : total time 772ms and 591 queries Change-Id: I95eb505cbf6a2ba68e4e292edbf5f59a986f1d78
