Currently the package of the taskboard has 2 known issues: * templates/ is not packaged and as a result the page of the taskboard can not be accessed * a dependency to the tuleap-plugin-agiledashboard is missing on RHEL/CentOS6 Part of story #13729: have taskboard empty state Change-Id: I1fe03554698e41d3f74c5c62f6328fd34dcb6372
