This is part of story #8419 have permissions per tags/branches Given I have set up default fine-grained permissions in my project, when I create a new git repo then the project's default permissions will be duplicated in the new git repo. Given I have not enabled fine-grained permissions in my project, when I create a new git repo then the project's default permissions will be duplicated but fine- grained permissions won't be activated in the new git repo.
