part of story #18408: plan Features in Program Increment How to test: Create an agiledashboard, then create a scale agile config and use a different tracker than release for Program Increment Create a PI from artifact view, check logs in /var/log/tuleap/scaled_agile_syslog you will see an error "Semantics are not well configured."
