fix: Proportional progress bar of passed tests

Given I have 5 passed, 2 failed, 2 blocked, and 9 not run, Then the progress bar of passed tests should be bigger than failed/blocked tests. The proposal here is to reuse what is done for failed/blocked/notrun. Another solution that is not relying on inline style might be proposed later. Same behavior in campaigns homepage.
