request #14992 Planning view: drag and drop error
How to test: - Assuming you have a Submilestone (or a Top milestone) with a backlog item in it - Move the backlog item from the milestone to the backlog (left part of planning view) - You should not get an error feedback like "Conflict: item is not in unassigned backlog". Since it is the same root cause and in order to be consistent with request #14860, we will apply the same method: downgrade dragular to a known working version.
