feat: focus link-selector after a link has been added

part of story #24969 [modal] add and remove links (replace current artifact link) Giving back the focus to the link-selector will make it easier to add several links in a row for users navigating using the keyboard. How to test: --> right after you click on [Add link], the link selector takes back the focus Change-Id: Id20a9fdb0169dce9ce01fc886f39691cbf1b8dc2
