chore: request #36844 Enable multithread compression on our big RPM packages
This should save a bit of time in our build pipelines. No functional changes. Ideally this would be set everywhere but: * some refactoring is needed in the way we build the packages to have a way to apply changes to all the packages * multithreading compression does not really have an impact on small packages (there is not a lot of thigns to compress) Change-Id: Ib887e2a1c772164b0eb2ef5248c03b2bbe52ae27
