Cache gerrit servers when listing git repositories

When there is at least one gerrit server to present, fetch them all. The table will be small enough to not really bother to select which server to fetch or not. Part of story #10408 have a burning parrot git repository list Change-Id: I7a601616562bbdd29379ef1ba1e43b529e16316d
