request #14535: Play Jest tests in CI pipeline with some parallelism

Initially the parallism was completely disabled to avoid an overload and running sequentially was good enough. However with current profile of the test pipeline some parallelism might help speed up the execution time. Change-Id: I03fa30c3cf9facd7422e6d0bf696c449ff021e72
