request #9363: Link to the documentation to configure a polling jobs is wrong
The link to the polling jobs configuration in the warning saying polling jobs must be preferred for Git is wrong and point to the beginning of the Git page configuration (which is quite long). Bonus with this patch: we do not link anymore to an external ressource. Change-Id: If9a5e101884266036fa76f8c02a0ef5cc305fb08
