REST tests may failed randomly due to a bad date timestamp setting in the test (v2)

This is a part of story #12638 Add always there metadata date in new/update item modal This patch follows the commit : 19a7e9e762b007a476290ef5a19c9465c346c25e ( which finally resolve nothing :( ) And it should fix the REST tests which was introduced in the commit: 512026b13ee3d8a9b9dfeb725d435b0d55c74e37 The concerned test is testPostFileDocumentWithStatusAndObsolescenceDate Due to a bad date setting, the tests could failed randomly No functionnal changes expected Change-Id: Ie25408968d5440d9fe723aea7807cd4e1126e613
